Tervene
Tervene builds software for daily management and operational excellence in manufacturing and industrial environments. Since 2015, we've implemented and coached daily management across hundreds of sites, from single plants to multi-site groups. 1.2 million-plus Gemba walks performed and 3.5 million-plus issues and non-conformances solved through Tervene. This article draws on what we see working on the floor.
